If you draw strength from nature, horses, and a community of supportive people, please join us for a nourishing one-day retreat at Joder Arabian Ranch. Straddling the foothills north of Boulder, this 350-acre ranch boasts a vibrant ecosystem of birds, plants, and animals. It is also home to Rocky Mountain Equi-Rhythm, whose wonderful and experienced horses will accompany us.
The day will begin with exercises to help us quiet our minds, get in touch with our bodies, and tune into the world around us. Then, we will explore how to build trust and relationship with our equine partners and practice techniques to stay with our horses in the present moment as we venture onto the trail. Finally, we will head out for a journey ride around the mountain.
This one-day retreat will enhance your relationship with horses and help you tap into the wellspring of support that exists in each moment.

A bit about our host, Rocky Mountain Equi-Rhythm: Horses Balancing Hearts
The mission of Rocky Mountain Equi-Rhythm is to use the healing power of the horse-human relationship to assist at-risk populations in imagining, creating, and living lives of purpose, meaning, and achievement. Our vision is to enable people to develop and maintain right relationships with themselves-as body, mind, and spirit-and with their families, nature, and the community.
